Apex Clearing Corporation in Meridian, MS is seeking a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) to manage maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. The role offers an hourly pay range of $22.00–$24.00, full-time schedule, and up to 55 hours per week with overtime opportunities.

You will lead a 2–4 person crew, perform outdoor landscaping tasks, travel locally and regionally, and contribute to protecting water quality in your communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manual labor or outdoor work experience.
• DOT age requirement of 21+ applies.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping and maintenance of stormwater assets.
• Lead a crew of 204 workers and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare field reports using Apex proprietary systems.
• Travel to client sites locally and regionally (typical ~15 travel days per month).
