Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of manual labor or outdoor work experience.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally; typical 15 travel days per month.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT interstate requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater assets.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members; enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed trimming, debris removal, and light construction on client properties.
• Operate landscaping equipment and manage the equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in Apex proprietary systems.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally; about 15 days per month.
