Apex Companies, LLC is hiring a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) to oversee landscaping and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. You will lead a 2-4 person crew, plan tasks, and ensure safety while traveling locally for site work.

The role requires 2-4+ years of outdoor experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel about 10 days per month. Compensation ranges $22–$24 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor; outdoor experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally; 10 days of travel typical (M-F).
• Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT interstate transportation rules.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment checks including background, motor vehicle record, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members, ensuring safety regulations are followed.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction tasks.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document field work using Apex systems.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally; 10 days per month.
