Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor or outdoor work.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (typical ~15 days/mo).
• Must be 21+ years old due to DOT requirements.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record; reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment background, motor vehicle record, and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 members and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, trimming, debris removal, and light construction on client sites.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports using Apex systems and travel to local/region sites.
