Job summary

Stormwater Logistics is seeking a dedicated Technician to join our Colorado-based crew. The starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with year-round employment and full benefits.

Technicians report to the Crew Foreman or Superintendent and perform stormwater regulatory compliance tasks, restoration work, and site maintenance across projects statewide. Responsibilities include operating small equipment, installing pollution control measures, and ensuring safety and quality on every job.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable erosion control experience
• Small equipment operation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining pollution control measures per the SWMP/SWPPP
• Assisting crew/company in stormwater regulatory compliance management
• Performing restoration (soil prep, seeding, mulching, stabilization)
• Operating and maintaining farm and construction equipment including skid steers and tractors
• Contributing to team productivity and a high-quality work product
• Maintaining health and safety for yourself and teammates
• Learning company systems and standard processes quickly
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical work

Stormwater Logistics, LLC is a medium-sized, rapidly growing, stormwater regulatorycompliance,pollution & erosion control, and restoration company. Our clients are in the commercial, residential,industrial, heavy/highway and oil and gas industries. We pride ourselves on setting the highest standardfor our industry.

$22.00 per hour starting pay rate.

Technicians will report to Crew Foreman and/or Superintendent. Daily activities consist of:

General Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining pollution control measures per the SWMP/SWPPP
• Assisting crew/company in all areas of stormwater regulatory compliance management to the best ofyour abilities
• Performing restoration (soil prep, seeding, mulching, other stabilization methods)
• Operating and maintaining various sizes of farm and construction equipment skid steers &tractors with attachments, power tools, hand tools)
• Contributing to team productivity and a high-quality work product for our clients
• Keeping yourself and your team members in good health and uninjured
• Learning company systems and standard processes quickly
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation to/from crew meeting places
• 1 year of verifiable erosion control experience
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical work on a regular basis
• Punctual, professional, honest, and reliable
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Preferred Skill/Experience

Location

Our projects cover much of the State of Colorado and central Wyoming. Crew meet-up locations depend onwhere the projects are located.
