Job summary

HDR invites motivated engineering students to join as a Stormwater Intern. You will gain real-world experience on water-related projects, working under supervision, applying standard techniques and learning from mentors within HDR’s employee-owned culture.

You’ll collaborate with professionals, develop problem-solving skills, and contribute to site evaluations and design tasks as part of our Water Business Group.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Active participant in an employee-owned culture.

In the role of Stormwater Intern, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
