Job summary

HDR, Inc. invites applications for a Stormwater Intern in the Austin, TX area within our Water Business Group.

You will support civil engineering tasks, learn stormwater design and analysis methods, and work under the supervision of a project professional to gain real-world experience. Ideal candidates are actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program and possess attention to detail with good problem-solving and communication abilities.

In the role of Stormwater Intern, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of any software packages related to field of study/industry including ArcGIS Pro, Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, StormCAD, Microsoft Excel.
• Local Candidates Preferred
