Job summary

HDR, Inc. invites motivated engineering students to join our team as Stormwater Interns in Texas. You will work under supervision on real projects, gaining practical experience and connecting with mentors and leaders across the company.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate engineering programs, with attention to detail, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Local candidates are preferred for this on-site internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication abilities and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Active participant in an employee-owned culture is required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred for applicants who have progressed toward their degree.
• Familiarity with software packages related to the field is a plus.
• Local candidates preferred for this internship.

• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
• Local Candidates Preferred
