Job summary

FUSE Executive Fellowship in Centerton, Arkansas seeks an experienced leader to modernize stormwater and floodplain management over a two-year program. The Fellow will strengthen internal processes, improve inter-agency coordination, and embed sustainable practices for permitting and compliance, with a focus on resilience and equity.

Salary is $95,000 annually, with access to health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Synthesizes complex information into clear and concise recommendations and action-oriented implementation plans.
• Develops and effectively implements strategic and operational project management plans.
• Generates innovative, data-driven, and result-oriented solutions to complex challenges.
• Respond quickly to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and modernize floodplain management systems through improved workflows.
• Organize and digitize floodplain and stormwater records for auditability.
• Develop standardized permitting, review, and documentation processes.
• Create dashboards and tools to increase transparency and oversight.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan area-wide detention and funding pathways.
• Support FEMA reviews and CRS recertification readiness.
