Job summary

The FUSE Executive Fellow will be embedded in the City of Centerton, Arkansas, to modernize stormwater and floodplain management systems amid rapid growth. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation or change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Proven capability to develop and implement strategic and operational project management plans.
• Demonstrates data-driven, results-oriented problem solving for complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery and stakeholder listening tours.
• Develop refined project goals, priorities, and deliverables for leadership review.
• Stabilize and modernize floodplain management systems and records workflows.
• Coordinate with staff and external consultants for permits, map amendments, and inspections.
• Identify opportunities for grant funding or partnerships to support future work.
