Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree completed.
• EIT certification or eligibility required.
• Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and related software.
• Ability to prepare technical documents and deliverables.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform planning, design, and analysis tasks per codes and standards.
• Produce calculations, reports, drawings, specs, and cost estimates.
• Evaluate design options and recommend solutions for project objectives.
• Coordinate with project managers, teams, and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Participate in quality control and assurance practices.
• Manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic modeling (1D/2D) for drainage studies.
• Develop stormwater system alternatives and documentation for submittals.
• Coordinate modeling assumptions and deliverables with teams.
