Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Stormwater Construction Foreman to lead stormwater infrastructure projects across the central states. You’ll operate heavy equipment and oversee concrete structures, basins, and related utilities, ensuring safety and quality on site.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, travel per diem, company vehicle support, and comprehensive benefits. Expect 40–55 hours weekly with extensive regional travel and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of underground wet utility construction experience.
• Experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid loader, mini-excavator, etc.).
• Willing to travel regionally up to 85% with a company vehicle and per diem provided.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair critical stormwater infrastructure across central states.
• Operate heavy equipment including skid loaders, excavators, and dozers.
• Travel and explore to different project sites during the week.
• Document field observations to aid project success and drive continuous improvement.
• Prioritize safety and enforce high safety standards on every project.
