Apex Companies is seeking a Stormwater Construction Foreman to lead heavy equipment and concrete projects across central states from St. Louis, MO. You will oversee underground utilities, coordinate crews, and ensure on-time delivery with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience.
Experience in repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure and concrete structures.
Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator).
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
Frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more).
Must pass pre-employment checks; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Construct and repair stormwater infrastructure and related concrete structures.
Operate heavy construction equipment including skid loaders and excavators.
Travel during the week to various project sites across the central states.
Document field observations to support project success and continuous improvement.
Maintain safety standards on all projects.
