Stormwater Construction Foreman (Heavy equipment/Concrete)

Compensation
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Full‑Time, 40-55 hours per week
Regional Travel
Required, typically 85% or more through company vehicle. Company provides $68 per diem on out‑of‑town travel days.
Responsibilities
- Construct and repair critical stormwater infrastructure, including underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins across the central states.
- Operate advanced construction equipment, ranging from hand‑held tools to heavy machinery such as skid loaders, excavators, and dozers.
- Travel during the week to new job sites, supporting project delivery across the region.
- Document field observations to aid project success and drive continuous improvement.
- Prioritize safety by upholding high safety standards on every project, safeguarding yourself and your team.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience.
- Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid loaders and mini‑excavators.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
- Ability to perform frequent out‑of‑town regional travel (85% or more travel required).
- Must pass a pre‑employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening; we are a drug‑free workplace.
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and in inclement weather conditions.
