Job summary

Timmons Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Civil Project Manager/Senior Civil Project Manager – Stormwater to join our Stormwater Group. You will manage multiple projects, develop client accounts, ensure technical quality and on-time delivery, and work with local governments on regulatory issues such as TMDL and MS4.

This position requires a Civil Engineering degree and P.E. licensure with 6+ years of stormwater experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional registration (P.E.) in North Carolina or able to obtain in a timely manner.
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering related to Stormwater management.
• Experience in marketing and supervision of the technical work of others.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of assigned projects and development of client accounts.
• Market and develop client relationships, ensure technical quality, profitability, and timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships with clients and cross-sell Timmons Group services.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously or a large project as needed.
• Prepare specifications using catalogs for materials, installation, inspection and payment.
• Develop design details and plan sets; perform objective summary reports.
• Collaborate with local governments on TMDL and MS4 regulatory compliance.
