Job summary

CS Beatty Construction LLC seeks a Construction Laborer to perform a wide range of physical tasks on our job sites across the southeastern states. This on-site role supports skilled workers and operators, following safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities include operating small equipment when qualified, maintaining clean job sites, and assisting crew members. PPE is provided, and you will work as part of a crew under supervision to ensure timely, quality work.

Qualifications

• Must have physical strength.
• Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate small equipment such as tampers, compactors, or saws when necessary.
• Assist equipment operators and other skilled workers by providing labor support.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, including proper storage of tools and materials.
• Follow all OSHA, MSHA, and company safety regulations and use required PPE at all times.
• Direct traffic near, in, or around work zones.
