Job summary

CS Beatty Construction LLC, founded in 1999, is a leader in heavy civil construction services across the southeastern states highly dedicated to safety. We are seeking a Construction Laborer to perform a wide range of physical tasks on site and support crew members in daily operations.

You will operate small equipment when qualified, assist operators, and maintain tidy, safe job sites. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Physically able to lift and perform labor tasks.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Willing to follow directions and work as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Support workers on the construction site with labor tasks.
• Operate small equipment like tampers, compactors, or saws when necessary.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and store tools/materials properly.
• Direct traffic near, in, or around work zones.
• Follow OSHA, MSHA, and company safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Communicate clearly with team to ensure efficient work.
• Assist equipment operators and foremen.
• Clean jobsite at end of the day and store materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superintendent/foreman.

Job Summary:

The construction Laborer will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks in support of workers on the construction site.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Operate small equipment such as tampers, compactors, or saws when necessary
• Assist equipment operators and other skilled workers by providing labor support
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, including proper storage of tools and materials
• Follow all OSHA, MSHA, and company safety regulations and use required PPE at all times
• Work as part of a crew, taking direction from supervisors and foremen
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient and accurate work completion
• May operate construction equipment if qualified and authorized
• Direct traffic near, in, or around work zones.
• Clean jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by superintendent/foreman.
