CWM is seeking a reliable Laborer to join our team. The Laborer will assist in the general operation of the site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently, with duties that may change daily.

Key responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, equipment maintenance, and assisting supervisors as needed. Candidates should be prepared for varied weather and physical work that may involve weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Team player attitude with a strong focus on safety and job quality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials.
• Shovel and rake dirt, gravel, and asphalt, preparing surfaces for further work.
• Perform general site cleanup, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• General maintenance of all equipment and tools used on the job site.
• Assist in any other duties as directed by supervisors.
