Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is hiring Storm Restoration Sales Consultants to help homeowners recover after hail and severe weather. No roofing or sales experience? No problem—paid training, mentorship, and a proven system will help you succeed.

You'll meet homeowners, conduct exterior property inspections, educate on restoration and insurance, and guide projects from start to finish. Earn uncapped commissions with strong earning potential in Dallas and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to successfully complete the required 90-day paid training program
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected communities
• Conduct exterior property and roof inspections
• Educate homeowners about storm restoration and the insurance process
• Guide customers through their restoration projects from start to finish
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
