You will build rapport, close roofing and restoration projects, maintain accurate CRM records, and participate in ongoing training and coaching, with income tied to performance through uncapped commissions and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss potential storm-related damage.
• Conduct roof and exterior assessments to identify damage.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and processes.
• Build rapport and establish trust throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with adjusters, project managers, and internal teams.
• Present proposals, explain scope, pricing, and options.
• Close projects while delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up regularly.
