Best Choice Roofing in Augusta, GA is seeking Weather Damage Experts / Sales Representatives to respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through restoration. You will travel to storm-damaged areas, present findings, and discuss funding options with homeowners.

You can expect to earn $63k-$120k per year, with paid training and strong career growth opportunities. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer satisfaction, and flexible scheduling where needed.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and conducting roof/property inspections.
• Guide customers through the restoration process and provide funding options.
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners.
• Present findings to homeowners and act as a technical advisor to resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve best outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
