Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated, reward-driven individuals to join our team as Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives in Monticello, KY. You will respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, guide homeowners through restoration options, and close contracts.

We offer paid training, attractive compensation (63k–120k after training), a comprehensive benefits package, and a flexible schedule. This permanent, full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service background is a plus
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners, conducting roof and property inspections, guiding customers through restoration options
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes for homeowners
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication
