Responsibilities

1. Process freight and assist with price changes and markdowns.
2. Balance registers according to company policy and handle transactions accurately.
3. Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, assisting fitting room policies, ringing transactions promptly, and thanking customers.
4. Handle cash, checks, and credit cards correctly, obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when necessary.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and safety procedures.
6. Assist management with merchandising, stock levels, and other tasks as requested.
7. Explain exchange and refund policies to customers.
8. Participate in loss prevention activities and report incidents of theft or dishonesty.
