Citi Trends is seeking a dedicated Store Sales Associate to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We are growing, offering opportunities for leadership and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processing freight
2. Assisting with price changes and markdowns
3. Balancing the register according to company policy
4. Calling out prices for customers during transactions
5. Bags merchandise efficiently after transactions
6. Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly per company policy
7. Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks
8. Performing maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned
9. Providing customer service, including greeting, adhering to fitting room policies, ringing transactions promptly, and inviting customers to return
10. Following all safety procedures
11. Maintaining a professional and neat appearance, including wearing a name tag
12. Assisting management with merchandising and stock management
13. Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
14. Supporting loss prevention efforts, including preventing shoplifting and reporting theft or dishonesty

Job Requirements
