Job summary

Target is seeking a Stores Executive Intern in California for a paid 40 hr/week summer program. You will work closely with mentors to lead teams, drive guest service, and support daily store operations while learning how to run a store like an ETL (Assistant Store Manager).

You will develop leadership, planning, and communication skills through hands-on experience across departments and guest interactions, with guidance from store leaders.

Qualifications
