Job summary

Target's Stores Executive Internship offers a paid, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership, including the role of an Executive Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager). Responsibilities

Spend time on the sales floor and backroom leading team members and aligning priorities.
Work with the ETL mentor and store leaders to understand roles.
Lead daily priorities such as stocking shelves and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Provide feedback and coaching to team members for performance.
Address concerns and remove hurdles to ensure smooth operations.
Lead and present during daily huddles with leadership peers.
Help set goals and organize plans within the building.
Review business metrics to identify opportunities and improve guest experience.
