Responsibilities

• Set up budget plans for Target’s Small format stores and ensure they meet financial goals.
• Create and maintain monthly store-level budget performance plans through revenue and labor reviews.
• Display store-level results and adjust labor for seasonal variations in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Influence labor decisions and optimize labor spend by partnering with Operations HQ and teams.
• Provide ad-hoc decisions, annual planning, accurate expense forecasting and identify threats or opportunities.
