Qualifications

• Sound understanding of materials management, cycle counting, and root cause analysis.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook for data reporting.
• Knowledge of MAPICS and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels and forecast data to optimize warehousing space.
• Prepare reports from ERP data for execution and recommended actions.
• Maintain planning parameters in MAPICS to keep systems updated.
• Achieve Subject Matter Expert status for Cycle Counting.
• Generate and execute cycle counts to keep on-hand data accurate.
• Label materials and locations to ensure clear visualization.
• Perform root cause analysis for count discrepancies with Buyers and Materials teams.
• Assist in scrap transactions.
• Conduct on-the-spot cycle counts for high-priority items with management summaries.
• Support annual physical inventory preparations.
• Participate in Tier 1 Materials and Tier 2 Supply Chain meetings and lead Cycle Count Review.
• Maintain pallet rack standards and forklift safety knowledge.
