Eaton Corporation’s EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division seeks a Storeroom Supervisor for our Beaver, PA facility. You will lead daily storeroom operations, supervise hourly staff, and ensure safe, efficient material support for manufacturing and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years in supply chain.
• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing/operations setting.
• Within 50 miles of Beaver, PA; no relocation benefit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site follows Supply Chain policies and corporate programs.
• Establish and maintain department procedures.
• Lead hourly staff with development plans, mentoring, accountability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Standardize processes, inventory practices and 5S across storerooms.
• Prioritize material flow to support production and commitments.
• Improve inventory accuracy, handling safety, and cost performance.
• Coordinate staffing, training, cross-training, and leave coverage.
• Conduct audits and corrective actions for accountability.
• Workforce planning to ensure shift coverage and balanced workloads.
• Use warehouse/ERP systems to monitor, report, and improve metrics.
