Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Storeroom Parts Coordinator for our Chattanooga site. You will manage parts through SAP, requisition and receive stock, and support inventory integrity daily.

The role requires 1–3 years of inventory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a HS diploma. On-site schedule runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience; inventory management preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP functions including stores transactions, reporting, purchasing, and MRO processes preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are vital.
• Basic mathematics and PC/software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Use SAP to requisition, receive, issue, and inventory parts.
• Order production chemicals, raw materials, and technical materials; negotiate deliveries.
• Assist with service entries, direct pay invoices, and accounts payable actions.
• Perform cyclical monthly inventory.
• Monitor vendor inventory and report issues with

Description

Title: Storeroom Parts Coordinator

Location: Chattanooga, TN, 37406

Duration: 0-12+ months

Shift: 7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM (M –F)

Pay Rate: $17 - $20/hr

Education: High School degree or equivalent.

Experience: 1-3 years'experience working experience. Experience with inventory management is preferred. Knowledge of SAP computer functions, including stores transactions, reporting, finance, purchasing, and MRO processes preferred. Basic knowledge of plant equipment. Strong interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external contacts. Good organizational, housekeeping, and communication skills are vital. Ability to do basic mathematics. Working knowledge of personal computers and software packages.

Responsibilities

• Extensive use of SAP to requisition parts, receive parts, goods issue parts, and inventory parts.
• Order production chemicals, raw and technical materials, and negotiate deliveries for site.
• Assist controlling by performing service entries for all services, managing direct pay invoices, following-up and resolving A/P action requests, resolving problems on open goods receipts.
• Perform cyclical monthly inventory.
• Ensure “free bin”vendors are checking their inventory in a timely manner and report vendor problems.
• Receives direct pay invoices for various purchases and site services and apply proper accounting codes and submit for payment.
