Qualifications

• Progressive experience in maintenance, operations, or manufacturing storeroom management.
• Proficiency with SAP or other CMMS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance and Lean Six Sigma; willingness to pursue Lean Specialist certification.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own all storeroom processes including entry, receiving, inventory control and materials issuance.
• Create and execute preventive inventory routines and conduct audits for accuracy and readiness.
• Analyze storeroom KPIs and apply continuous improvement tools to improve results.
• Develop a job-kitting strategy with maintenance planners to improve efficiency.
• Evaluate inventory for obsolescence and determine appropriate stock levels with procurement.
