Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Planning Manager in Bedford Park, IL. The role leads maintenance planning, scheduling, backlog management, and cost control to maximize asset availability and reliability.

You will own the maintenance work management system, oversee a team of 9, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance execution and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in maintenance planning/scheduling or related industrial environment.
• 3–5 years of leadership in planning/scheduling functions.
• Experience with CMMS/SAP-PM systems and cost tracking.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and performance management.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across maintenance, operations, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance work management system planning, scheduling, backlog, and notification processes.
• Drive disciplined planning and scheduling with realistic, resourced schedules.
• Govern CMMS/SAP-PM standards and ensure accuracy of work orders, history, and cost tracking.
• Manage backlog and prioritize work by asset criticality and business risk.
• Own cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate maintenance, operations, reliability, and supply chain for efficient execution of plans.
• Develop planner and scheduler capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
