This role partners with maintenance, HR, quality, and supply chain to meet plant goals, uses KPI management and continuous improvement methods, and develops talent while delivering reliable production at target volume.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading manufacturing, production, or operations teams in a plant.
• Strong knowledge of operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience using production and financial data to drive business results.
• Ability to manage employee relations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production meeting volume and quality requirements.
• Coach and develop a high-performing frontline team through hiring, training, performance management, and engagement.
• Drive operational excellence using KPI management, visual systems, standard work, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze data to identify downtime and performance improvements; translate insights into actions.
• Manage controllable costs and support inventory accuracy and production planning objectives.
• Partner with Maintenance, HR, Quality, Supply Chain, and site leadership to resolve challenges and achieve plant goals.
• Lead problem-solving, corrective actions, and change management with training and accountability.
