Job summary

UNC Health Care is seeking a Supply Chain Services Supervisor to manage day-to-day storeroom operations, promote efficiency, and ensure quality customer service in support of patient care. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, three years of supply chain experience (one year in a supervisory role preferred).

Proficiency in Word and Excel and Lawson ERP are expected. This is a full-time onsite position in Chapel Hill, NC with an hourly pay range of $21.62 to $31.07.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in supply chain operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Lawson ERP system experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher level degree may satisfy this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Issue and return materials from stock; manage inventory and annual/monthly updates.
• Maintain storeroom safety and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory levels; purchase materials and coordinate quotes and delivery times.
• Supervise storeroom staff and ensure training across all processes.
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Oversee receipt, storage and transport of materials with proper documentation.
