Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in warehouse, storeroom, or inventory control in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
  • Experience working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily storeroom activities for receipt, storage, and distribution.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify materials against PO/packing slips.
  • Issue materials to employees and departments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in Avantis or similar system.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with audits.
  • Organize storeroom locations for efficiency.
  • Train staff on storeroom procedures.
  • Generate inventory and material usage reports.
  • Support continuous improvement of inventory processes.
