Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Attendant to manage receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting at a customer site. You will maintain organized stock records, ensure accuracy, and support daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include data entry, inventory reconciliation, and assisting with periodic inventory tasks while upholding safety standards and a professional work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ months relevant experience or training.
• Experience loading/unloading, picking/packing in a warehouse; forklift/cherry picker experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn; familiarity with MS-Office products and warehouse software like Vista, SX.e, Prophet 21.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and store incoming product; check for damage and discrepancies.
• Sort, label, move and store items; optimize crib space.
• Issue items to site employees and maintain records of issued/returned items.
• Enter stock data and respond to inquiries; log discrepancies.
• Request requisitions to replenish inventory.
• Assist with inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
