Job summary

Vallen in Austin, TX is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to support daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counts at a customer site. You will maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure inventory accuracy while collaborating with site teams.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 3+ months in a warehouse environment; forklift/cherry picker experience is preferred. Proficiency with MS-Office and ERP systems like Vista or Prophet 21 is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ months relevant experience or training.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to read documents and follow safety rules, work orders and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and put away incoming products and equipment; check for damage.
• Sort, label, and store items to optimize crib space and accessibility.
• Issue items to site employees and maintain accurate records of issued/returned items.
• Enter data into databases to maintain stock records and respond to inquiries.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory level maintenance.
• Deliver tools or equipment to work locations and assist with safety compliance.
