Responsibilities include updating the Maximo database, expediting requisitions, and coordinating with maintenance, purchasing, and accounting to optimize stock. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of inventory management in an industrial setting.
• Familiar with manufacturing concepts and computer software.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are available for maintenance when and where needed.
• Coordinate inventory levels with purchasing and accounting.
• Set up and maintain a tool control system for maintenance.
• Maintain Maximo inventory database and locate materials physically.
• Receive materials and prepare items for work orders, ensure safety and cleanliness.
