Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, storeroom, or related area preferred.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take pride in doing things right.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize food, beverage, and supply deliveries.
• Check, store, and rotate products properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organized storage areas.
• Fill departmental requisitions and distribute supplies.
• Keep storerooms, coolers, and freezers clean and sanitary.
• Monitor product quality and expiration dates.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and receiving transactions.
• Communicate inventory concerns to culinary leadership.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage standards.
