Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, managed by Coral Hospitality, Inc., is seeking a dependable Store Room Clerk to support culinary and beverage operations in the North Georgia mountains. You will ensure timely delivery of supplies, organize storerooms, and maintain inventory accuracy to help the team deliver a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prev inventory, warehouse, storeroom, food service, or related experience preferred.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take pride in doing things right.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize food, beverage, and supply deliveries.
• Check, store, and rotate products properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organized storage areas.
• Fill departmental requisitions and distribute supplies; keep storerooms, coolers, and freezers clean.
• Monitor product quality and expiration dates.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and receiving transactions.
• Communicate inventory concerns to culinary leadership.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage standards.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Room Clerk, you’ll help make sure our culinary and food & beverage teams have the products and supplies they need, when they need them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and organizing food, beverage, and supply deliveries
• Checking, storing, and rotating products properly
• Maintaining accurate inventory and organized storage areas
• Filling departmental requisitions and distributing suppliesKeeping storerooms, coolers, and freezers clean and sanitary

You don’t have to have years of hospitality experience to succeed here. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team.

Ideal candidates have:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous inventory, warehouse, storeroom, food service, or related experience preferred
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and take pride in doing things right

This Job Is Active — And That’s a Good Thing!

You’ll stay on your feet and moving throughout your shift. Candidates should be comfortable:

• Frequently lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working in storage areas
• Using ladders safely when needed
• Working around coolers and freezers
