Eurest is seeking a STOREROOM ATTENDANT to support operations at a Fort Hood-based facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and inventorying departmental supplies and food items while maintaining sanitation in storage areas.

Your role requires attention to detail, adherence to HACCP guidelines, and accurate record-keeping. The position offers full- and part-time schedules with varied days and hours, located at 42 Bistro, Fort Hood, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred for handling storeroom operations and inventory management.
• Ability to follow department guidelines and non-spoilage procedures.
• Attention to sanitation, accuracy, and record-keeping in storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store departmental supplies and food items.
• Maintain storage areas and sanitation per guidelines.
• Keep records of storage temperatures for perishables.
• Date, label, and rotate stock (FIFO).
• Place orders for food and supplies per established protocols.
• Secure storage areas and follow security procedures.
• Transport supplies in appropriate containers or vehicles as needed.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for receiving and distribution.
• Report maintenance or repair needs for equipment.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
• Utilize cleaning chemicals per MSDS and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
