Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor at Fort Hood, TX, overseeing the food service operation and ensuring top-quality products and service during a 7-day schedule from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience; compensation ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with full benefits for eligible associates. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis at the Fort Hood location.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to monitor staff and ensure task completion and quality standards.
• Experience with inventory control and waste minimization.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensure staff is on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitor marketing and ensure signage is current and appropriate.
• Uphold policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
