American Crystal Sugar Company is seeking a Storeroom Coordinator for the East Grand Forks factory. You will issue purchase orders up to $2,000 and coordinate larger purchases with Corporate Purchasing, while maintaining inventory levels and ensuring contracts are used.
The role involves directing storeroom staff, enabling timely material handling, and supporting financial processes like invoice resolution with Accounts Payable. Experience with SAP requisitions is a plus.
We are seeking a motivated Storeroom Coordinator to join our team at our East Grand Forks factory. The individual will issue purchase orders for less than $2,000, receives, stores, and issues materials, supplies, and chemicals for the East Grand Forks factory in a timely manner. The coordinator facilitates purchases over $2,000 with corporate purchasing.

This position requires knowledge of purchasing, inventory control and computer systems normally gained through the completion of a two-year associate’s degree in business, management or a related field. Familiarity with factory equipment, operation, maintenance and repair is also important. The incumbent must possess organizational skills and be able to provide clear and concise work direction to employees.
Compensation Range: $21.47 - $26.84 /hr
