Job summary

Michaels Stores in Prosper, TX is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain a clean, safe environment and deliver our Brand Promises. You will assist customers, help them find products, and handle checkout with accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store, stocking, following planograms, and collaborating with teammates on safety and inventory standards. Retail or cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support our Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label cards; enroll if applicable.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store).
• Participate in truck un-loading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
