Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Participate in checkout, rewards program enrollment, and omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain safety and shrink programs.
