You will align with company standards and drive store accountability. The role requires coordinating with corporate and regional teams, maintaining safety and food safety compliance, managing staffing and schedules, and addressing operational gaps

Formación

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or grocery operations management.
• Strong understanding of operational processes across departments.
• Experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Oversee daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations for efficiency and standards.
• Monitor sales, inventory, shrink, and performance metrics.
