Trane Italia in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Trane Supply Store and warehouse, driving store operations, inventory, and customer satisfaction. You will coach a dynamic team, develop annual plans, and ensure financial and process compliance.

You will oversee showroom standards and stay current on market trends, with on-site work five days a week. Requires leadership experience, a GED/HS diploma, and a valid license.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience leading teams and building customer relationships.
• Results driven with high energy in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in inventory management system or retail sales program.
• Valid Driver’s License and in-state eligibility.
• Basic understanding of Lean Principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team with a customer‑focused culture and strong key customer relationships.
• Develop and coach a diverse team to hit performance goals.
• Develop and execute annual store operating plans and forecasts.
• Manage store operations, inventory, and quality of standard work.
• Oversee showroom appearance and customer experience.
• Pursue self‑education on market trends and products.
• Occasionally operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.
