Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver a customer-focused culture and build relationships with key customers.
• Develop and coach a diverse team to achieve performance goals in warehouse and retail store.
• Create and execute annual operating plans; analyze forecasts and reports for compliance.
• Oversee store operations and inventory to ensure availability and reduce obsolete inventory.
• Ensure showroom appearance and stay current on market trends and products.
• Occasionally operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.
