Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Proven sales experience and ability to build customer relationships.
• Lean principles understanding.
• AA degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer sales associates, warehouse technicians and other roles.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans for the store.
• Prepare and analyze business forecasts and reports, ensuring compliance.
• Manage store operations to maintain productivity and quality.
