Ashley Furniture Industries is hiring a Retail Warehouse Associate in Missouri to manage showroom inventory, assist with merchandise setup, and support warehouse operations. You will unload and load products, move items between warehouse and floor, and ensure accurate receipt documentation.

Collaboration with Visual Merchandiser and team is essential. The role requires ability to lift 100 lbs, flexible hours including weekends, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products from semi-trailers manually.
• Maintain floor inventory and arrange showroom, moving items from warehouse to floor.
• Remove sold items from the floor and prepare for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate daily/weekly with Visual team to prioritize floor setup.
• Document product receipt and handle warehouse clerical tasks.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts for floor sample repairs.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, backroom included.
• Perform minor building maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Complete the weekly warehouse checklist.
• Help reduce store operating expenses related to warehouse functions.
• Fulfill other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Communicate with others and provide leadership when needed.
